In early March you will receive a letter from the U.S. Census Bureau. It is very important for each citizen to fill this our and return it. The form should only take 5- 10 minutes to fill out. The results will affect our city budget for the next 10 years. If you need help please bring your forms to City Hall.

Energy Star appliances will save you money over the life of the appliance. EX.– Energy Star refrigerators cost around $58/yr to run. Other refrigerators may cost double or more per year to run.

CFL blubs– By changing 5 blubs you can save around $30/yr.
Cover and wrap food before putting it in the fridge. Chech temp to make sure it is set correctly. Check door seals. It can cost $100-$200/ yr to keep an older fridge running.

City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. The meetings are held at City Hall at 7:30 pm. We wish to extend an invitation to everyone to attend. We always take visitors first.
