The Breese Police Department offers secure prescription drug drop-off box located in the lobby of City Hall, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Residents can safely dispose of unused or expired medications at any time – day or night.
This free service helps keep our community safe by reducing the risk of accidental exposure, misuse, and improper disposal.
ACCEPTED:
Medications in any dosage form, except for those listed to the right, in their original container or sealed bag.
No liquids, needles or aerosol.
NOT ACCEPTED:
Herbal remedies, vitamins, supplements, cosmetics, other personal care products, medical devices, batteries, mercury-containing thermometers, sharps, animal medication, and illicit-drugs.
