Osmose Utility Services Co., under contract with the City of Breese, will be in town inspecting wooden utility structures starting June 30, 2026; this inspection will last a couple weeks. If you see their crew and trucks around the area, there’s no cause for concern—they are simply performing routine inspections as part of this work.
