An Emergency Notification System gives those in charge of public safety a chance to reach out to the public in case of an emergency event. The City of Breese has implemented this reverse 911 system. Combined with our other emergency alert methods, it is designed to get emergency messages to the public quickly and effectively. This alert system also includes CodeRED Weather Warning in order to provide residents and businesses with automated severe weather alerts.
The CodeRED by Crisis24 has updated their emergency alerting system. The updated platform provides faster, geographically targeted alerts via SMS, email, voice calls, and mobile apps for local emergencies (severe weather, evacuations, boil orders, missing persons, etc.)
With this update, everyone previously signed up through OnSolve will not automatically receive weather alerts. You can manage the alerts you wish to receive and the method they are delivered. To manage your account or sign up for a new free account, visit the Online Portal.
