Recently the City of Breese mailed to each resident two surveys, Cross Connection Control Survey and Service Line Material Identification. These surveys are required by the Environmental Protection Agency. If you haven’t already done so, please complete both surveys and return them to the Breese Utilities office at 800 N. 1st Street or City Hall at 500 N. 1st Street as soon as possible.
If you did not receive your survey forms in the mail or lost them, please use the links below to download and print. The surveys are due by April 15, 2024.
