The City of Breese will be accepting applications for the position of Electric Operations Manager. Job description as follows: Electric Operations Manager, under the supervision of the Public Works Manager, shall be responsible for managing, directing, planning, maintenance, supervising and the overall operations of the Electric Department consisting of the power generating plant, transmission, distribution, substations, metering, engineering, and project management of the electric system. Participates in the development and implementation of department and capital budgets. The Electric Operations Manager shall advise the Mayor and the Council of matters pertaining to Electric Operations and shall perform such other duties as directed by the Mayor.
