An Emergency Notification System gives those in charge of Public Safety a chance to reach out to the public in case of an emergency event. With cooperation from Global Connect, the City of Breese has implemented this reverse 911 system. Combined with our other emergency alert methods, it is designed to get emergency messages to the public, quickly and effectively. It will provide an opportunity for us to disseminate critical information to you if and when the need arises.

This form is to gather as many means of contact as you may have, so that in the event of an emergency that affects the City of Breese, we can notify you in multiple ways. If your home phone number is listed in the phone book, you will be automatically enrolled. If you would like additional phone numbers or cell phones added, please complete the enrollment form or go to the forms page to print and return to City Hall. If you wish to be removed from our notification system, contact City Hall (618) 526-7731 or Breese Police (618) 526-7226 to opt-out.
